Finally doing what I’ve been wanting to do for a long time: create a space that allows me to tell my story through images, paragraphs, and notes of advice. I have a lot stored in my head that I have yet to write down so lets see where this takes us!
Let’s start with an introduction
Hi! My name is Jzan Tamielle V. I’m 21 years old, 4 ft 11in, 95 lbs, and I have traveled to 26 countries within my lifetime, lived in 4 of those countries, and solo-traveled to half of them. I am professionally conversational in 3 languages (English, Tagalog, French,) and basic conversational in Japanese. I have experienced the best and the worst when traveling alone as a petite woman, but I never regretted or doubted any second of it.
I am also a lover of styling of clothes. My best days are spent in thrift shops looking for diamonds in the rough. Lifestyle wise; I try to be as sustainable as I can possibly can be for the health of the world and the health of myself. In this mindset, I am constantly learning from the world around me and continuously discovering how culture affects the way we live.
I am also a recent graduate of University of California, Riverside with a degree in Political Science with an emphasis in International Affairs and a minor in Public Policy. I love seeing how culture and language affects politics and society within countries, and I strive to digest the ‘whys’ and ‘hows’ each culture does things differently.
